You’ll find this candle-lit home of contemporary British cooking in the Forest House Hotel in Coleford. A Grade II listed building, it has been delightfully restored.
The restaurant is family run and Geoffrey and Susan Sparkes are welcoming hosts.

The special-price Early Bird Menu is served between 6.30 and 7.30pm, Monday to Thursday. Well worth booking for!
Functions and private dining
You can book the Bluebell Restaurant for wedding breakfasts, business lunches and dinners. The main restaurant seats up to 35 for a wedding breakfast and 80 for a buffet reception. A small private dining room seats up to 16 around one table for family parties and business diners.
