Took my family to the Belfry on the weekend.It was a fantastic meal, and one of the best choices in terms of the range of food as well.We also had a young child with us who was catered for, all at a really good price.Will go back soon.
My Mother recently celebrated her 80th birthday and I had booked the Belfry Hotel in Littledean as most of her family are local to the area (Littledean, Cinderford etc.). She had a wonderful day there. The staff were so accommodating and thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble even though the hotel itself was very busy (testament in itself to it's popularity). This party was a complete surprise to her and I would like to thank the management and staff for their reception of 22 members of our immediate family, and making my mum feel so special, of which she is of course. It was so nice to see courteous and thoughtful staff, all of who are an absolute credit to the establishment. Thank you so much and well done! Debbie Jones
We have recently held our Wedding Reception at the Belfry and can't stress enough how amazing it was! The organization from Shane and the team was top quality; there were no worries all day. The Belfry also has a good working relationship with other wedding companies (Decorations, music, photography etc), so they were incorporated seamlessly into the event. The range of food on offer, the portion sizes and the quality of the formal meal were much better (and cheaper) than other wedding venues we've recently been to. The evening Buffet was also massive and of a high standard.We nearly booked the rooms out with our guests and no-one had a bad word to say, breakfast was also very tasty!We liked it so much, we went back the following day for the Sunday Carvery, which was delicious, well-priced and once again the servings were well-sized.We would strongly recommend using the Belfry for functions of any kind and will do so ourselves in the future!

we stayed in the hotel for a 60th birthday party. From the moment we arrived Shane and his team were brilliant. very helpful so much so we stayed an extra night. the rooms are clean the shower was fantastic everything you could ask for for a stay in the forest of dean we shall be returning.
My partner and i stayed for a night at the Belfry Hotel, it was clean, comfortable and a very pleasent stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to the Belfry Hotel.
we have recently had the pleasure of attending a evening at the Belfry Hotel i must say that the buffet was exceptional and the food fresh and outstanding, with a wonderful selection of different foods. all of the staff were helpful and curtious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have an event here that want a buffet menu
I went to the Belfry for our works christmas function, the food was excellent, especially seen as it was really busy. The evening also included a tribute singer, and everybody had a great evening. Would definitely use this venue again!sharon j
