I was living in shared accommodation with my wife so, I decided it was time to buy. I had very bad credit history from some years a go and so I thought I would give Nick Johnson a call, it was one of the best decisions I have every made.

Nick spent a great deal of time on my mortgage, spending hours with me in face to face meetings and 9am to 7pm on the phone some days in order to complete the deal. He found me one of the best deals I could of hoped for at a high street rate and what a deal it was.
Had a few problems with the house on the way which Nick and I got sorted out smoothly and quickly which saved me a lot of money and time .

Back in 2007 my now wife and I decided to move in together, due to my wife's job and the fact she doesn't drive we had to move near to where she works,we found a 2 bedroom semi detached house which we both fell in love with the problem was it is a wooden framed 1947 year old house of which most top mortgage lenders would'nt touch. I called Nick last week for some advice as my mortgage deal/term on one of my properties was due to finish.

I have known Nick professionally and subsequently as a friend for at least ten years, since he first arranged car insurance for one of my children.
