Lee and Matt seem to work tirelessly - their offices are always jam packed with computers being fixed and yet you can always have a good chat while you're there and often problems are fixed right there on the spot.

Lee is very accomodating and takes time to explain technical issues and problems in a way that assists the non literate computer user. He responds promply, is technically competent and reasonably priced. I have already recommended him to others and will do so again.

I have an old computer to which I have added drives over the years without really knowing what I was doing. My fiddling about had made it work at a frustratingly slow speed so much so that my wife had threatened to throw it out of the window after borrowing it for a short time.Some neighbours had recommended Lee to me so I thought I would give him a try.He had my computer for two days and it is now working like lightening. Thanks Lee - you have made me a very happy man.I do not need a new computer.

I was most impressed with Lee's service. He was very helpful, collected my computer, 'phoned me when he had looked at it to make his recommendations, solved all my problems, upgraded the memory, returned it very quickly and ran through the changes he had made with me, re-connected everything, tested it and made very helpful suggestions regarding internet providers and all at a very reasonable cost. I shall certainly use him again and will be recommending him to others.

I had a virus on my computer and i couldn't do anything with it. i called lee and he came and picked up my computer the next day.I had my computer back really soon with added anti virus sofware and all of my data on my computer was saved, all for a fantastic price. I would not hesitate to call lee again.

Don't touch PC World or other big guys - contact Lee at PC Rescue. He has given us friendly and very competitively priced help (and recently a new computer system)for a couple of years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble and he speaks real English not jargon.
