The palace always greets you with a nice friendly welcome. It offers great value for money in terms of admission and films showing at selected times. You don't have to travel miles to see the latest blockbusters - offers a wide selection of films than most two screen cinemas

The Palace is without doubt my family's favourite cinema. The staff are great, and were very kind recently when one of the children with me felt unwell. Would highly recommend it in terms of the variety of films they show, comfort levels and the atmopshere. Lyn

What I love about my local cinema: Do not have to travel far. Lastest films showing. Two large screens with adequate seating. An absolute lovely sitting area for drinks. Very friendly staff

Its like watching a film whilst sitting in the middle of Forest history. Great atmosphere because of the large hall and digital sound. Nice staff and your spoilt for choice in treats.

Firstly, you are always welcomed with a smile & greeting. Clean and homely environment, in a word - Comfortable. They always have a good selection of films. They do not overcharge and they have a generous policy towards support workers!

This Cinema is excellent. Friendly staff, comfortable seats. Always a good selection of films to choose from. They have a coffee lounge which is a great idea before a film or whilst you are waiting for someone. Always clean. 10/10

The Palace Cinema is an affordable day out in a stylish, comfortable environment. Within easy reach. Staff are really approachable and friendly, very good value for money. A good family time for all. You can also use your Forest Rewards Card for purchases in the kiosk.

Used this cinema for the first time recently.......Experienced a very warm welcome, comfortable seating, huge screen with great sound. Who could ask for more! Will not be using the "out of Forest" multiplex thingys anymore, as this cinema is an absolute gem.
