Ingredients from the Forest of Dean
Their own smallholding near Longhope is a great source of herbs, vegetables and fruit for these caterers. Other good food comes from the walled vegetable garden and orchard at Blaisdon Nurseries. Meat is supplied by local farmers rearing traditional breeds. It's free range - no growth promoters, hormones or routine antibiotics.

Max Waldron is an Italian-trained chef who specialises in catering for parties and weddings. He ran his caterers business in London before moving to the Forest of Dean to cater for Gloucestershire.
Max Waldron Food plan lunches, dinners and party food from their kitchen on the edge of the Forest of Dean. House parties are a speciality.
