The goods are first class and the assistants so very helpful. I have always been satisfied with all my purchases.
The service we received from Claudia in the furniture department was superb. She was friendly, knowledgeable but not at all "pushy". She remembered our names on subsequent visits and was extremely helpful. On delivery the men were also very cooperative & helpful. All your staff are a credit to you -we will certainly shop with you again.

The Carpet Dept has recently carried out work in our Church. Dennis and Dave the carpet fiiters have done a first class job, thanks also to Karen who measured up and costed the work. I live in Clevedon and visit Chepstow every few weeks - my favourite stop for a coffee etc is Herbert Lewis "
