What an amazing place. More dog & cat foods than I'd ever thought possible. I had to give a weeks notice where I shopped before but they have it in stock here.

I've been a total nuisance trying to get a food suitable for my old dog who has a dodgy tummy. Nothing has been too much bother every time I ask for help. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Since going to Hawthorns i can honestly say that they have better prices and friendlier staff than anyone else in the forest. The delivery service is amazing! My delivery comes every week, free, with out fail, and they will always get anything i need that they dont stock. Visit Hawthorns and you wont want to go anywhere else!

Good prices and wonderful service from all staff members. They deliver when they say they will, and have been known to contact you before bank holiday weekends to make sure your animal(s) donʼt need anything urgently. I could go on & on....In short this company deserves an award for the excellent service they provide.

I honestly cant explain how good the service is at Hawthorn. There delivery service is so handy and nothing is too much trouble. Definatly wouldnt need to go anywhere else for my feed and supplements. Thanks everyone @ Hawthorn!!

have used this company for 6 yrs, nothing is to much trouble, if they have,nt got it then chances are they can get it, polite friendly and prompt delivery, i buy all my pets needs from them from food to beds , thankyou and all the best for the future
