Paul and Graham completed a small extension, internal alterations and a kitchen refit for us. At times it was challenging, but they were very knowledgeable and creative when the problems arose and took everything in their stride. A big advantage is the way they stay focussed on one job at a time. Would highly recommend them.

Forest Fixit Offer a friendly and highly professional service, Paul and Graeme are unfailingly hard working and always discuss any work that needs to be done before getting on with it. They are able to bring in contractors for tasks that need specific certified work, for example electrical work and as is so important these days, they are very aware of the health and safety issues particularly pertinent to building work for private as well as commercial clients. They have an excellent eye for detail and very particular to get the job right, leaving their work looking good, removing all debris remaining and leaving everything clean and tidy. You can have every confidence with this company.
Over the last summer it was a pleasure to have Forest Fixit undertake my renovation project. The work load was immense from pulling down old ceilings to knocking through walls and installing a huge RSJ and finally re-plastering the whole of the upstairs and downstairs. Paul's attitude to work is always pro-active and despite being faced with numerous problems along the way both he and Graham managed to complete the job on time and with really great results.
Forest fixit have carried out a number of projects for me both inside and outside the house. In every case they took the time to understand what was required and then came up with a cost effective, pragmatic solution. The work done has covered almost every aspect of the house and where specialist work is required that they are not able to do themselves, they have a network of great contacts who can do that work to the same high standard as forest fixit themselves. They are very thorough and tidy up after themselves. Now that they have solid fuel skills I am looking forward to meeting with them again to uprate the heating system later this year. Paul Groves and Graeme Terrell of Forest Fixit have both carried out work individually on properties we have had in The Forest of Dean and The Cotswolds, and both drove all the way to Scotland to carry out work on our Cottage north of Inverness. Their work is of the highest standard with attention to detail, very competitive without cutting corners but with an eye to the environment where possible and the re-use of resources. They are prompt, efficient and take the time to clearly explain what is required and what the options are without putting pressure on the client or spending money that is not required. All in all 5 out 5, highly recommended.
The work carried out for us by Forest Fixit was executed in a proficient and professional manner. Graeme and Paul seem to have a vast knowledge of all aspects of building work and their attention to detail is second to none. We will certainly employ their services again.
just a quick note to say what a wounderful job from start to finish on the fitment of our wood burner you were quick clean polite and guided us all the way from oking the 2nd hand burner we brought to detailed explination of why the chimney liner we had fitted 10 years ago (gas) was not up to standard what a wonderful job and what a good price a big thank you from my whole family
I used Forest Fixit when I converted my garage into a utility and boot room, they always turned up on time they completed the job on time and within the agreed budget, afterwards they left the place clean & tidy and we are happy with the work done, which was to a very high standard, looks really good and has stood the test of time.
