Wow! I hadn't seen the reviews when I rang PC Rescue in a panic - but a friend had mentioned that she'd used them in the past and been pleased. My computer had become slower, noisier and basically less functional gradually until it started to crash routinely. When it finally crashed quite spectacularly and my own first-aid attempts had only succeeded in making it much worse I gave them a call. The other reviewers rave about Lee but I have to say my PC was treated by Matt and I can thoroughly recommend him too! I found him to be friendly, very knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date in language I could understand at all stages. Thanks so much for a computer that works like new and I've learnt a bit along the way too!
