The Forest of Dean Model Village is most certainly one of the best attractions in the Forest for tourists and locals alike. And this year it promises to be bigger and better than ever before!
After the freezing cold winter, which caused so much damage to this miniature world, they are now hard at work rebuilding and improving the site ready to open the doors on May 1st, and I for one will be looking forward to seeing the new features as detailed in the article below sent to us by Jane O'brien and her team......good luck for 2010 guys

new models, featuring Clearwell castle, Littledean jail, Railway Station & Lydney "First Marina". An ongoing feature is the biggest project to-date
the creation of Chepstow Castle.
