I had always loved the 'look' of mosaic and after promising myself a treat I decided to book myself in for a workshop at Jo's studio. I felt a bit apprehensive as I am not particularly artistic but I just really wanted to go and have a try and I wanted some time to relax too. It was AMAZING, Jo is so good at explaining things, super calm and with a lovely fun personality. We spent the morning learning the ropes and deciding on designs, we had a great lunch then spent the afternoon 'laying tiles'. What tranquility! If you need a rest and some time out and also fancy doing something different then book yourself on one of these courses. I have since worked on simple projects with my kids and now they love it too.

My Mosaic Course with Jo Letchford was booked for me as a Christmas present from my daughter. It is the best present anyone could have bought me! My daughter and I both had such a wonderful day. Jo was wonderful, a delightful teacher with a witty sense of humour. She allowed us free expression in our work, which for us both is really important. She is inspirational and generous. We came away thrilled with our work. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in pursuing a new craft or hobby. She has an excellent display of her exquisite work on display. She has a good selection of tools, kits, tiles and books for sale.
Highly recommend, we shall be visiting again!
