I stayed at Alyn Lodge during a three day training event. The food was excellent, nutritious and tasty. The staff were really friendly and attentive.I have quite a few food sensitivities which were catered for with confidence and care( the staff even went so far as making me a loaf of wheat free bread!).
The room was clean, comfortable and warm. There`s an ambiance about this establishment which I feel originates from the caring and sensitive attitude of the staff.
The lodge is located around places of archaeological interest, and although fairly close to a B road , there`s plenty of wildlife around.
I would highly recommend Alyn Lodge to anyone who appreciates comfort and sincere hospitality.

After waiting over a week for this trusted family business to get back to us with a price for the initial enquiry we have decided to give up this firm and strongly advise anyone thinking of contacting this lot to do the same.
We made several calls and left several contact numbers.
Useless.
I wish I could leave a very poor rating
