Our Doctor 's Service Statement to You
When you register with a doctor at the Practice, we will always do our best to make sure that you see your own doctor whenever you come to the surgery, unless the doctor is away. We believe this increases the standard of care we can offer to you, as the Doctor can more easily monitor repeat prescriptions and generally get to know families better.
Doctor / Surgery Registrations
New patients may register with the Surgery at the following times:
Monday - Thursday 11.00am - 12.00pm & 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Friday 11.00am - 12.00pm
Making Doctors Appointments
You may make a doctor 's appointment either by telephoning 01252 811466 or by calling in at surgery Reception in Fleet during surgery hours. We always try to make sure you see your own Doctor, but if this is not possible you may be seen by another Doctor.
Please ask for a 20 minute appointment if you intend bringing another member of your family with you to see the Doctor.
