Theatre Broad are delighted to be playing at The Byre Theatre, St. Andrews in this, the year of Homecoming. They will present Anne Stenhouse's charming, funny and fast-paced comedy 'Flights of Fancy'. The play is set in the West of Glasgow and Glasgow Airport, circa 1992.
Is it possible to change our destiny, or are we just instruments of fate? Follow Webster's journey as he sets off in Boyo's taxi for the airport to catch his winning flight to Grand Canary. The prize holiday is for two persons and Webster has no companion. Boyo's girlfriend Denise wants to go to San Francisco - but without Boyo. Carmel who is going to San Francisco, would rather not, and, just who is that lady called the 'The Boss'? Cleverly constructed and sparkling with intelligent and inventive wit this play offers the best in comedy theatre.
