Opened by Prime Minister Gordon Brown in 2006, the centre offers a relaxed atmosphere where people affected by cancer can access additional support outside of the more clinical hospital environment.

Anyone affected by cancer is welcome at Maggie's Cancer Caring Centre Fife.
Whether you want a cup of tea and a chat with one of the cancer support specialists or Benefits Advisers, a browse around the library or access to one of the courses designed to help people live with, through and
beyond the disease, all service are offered FREE of charge.
Each year tens of thousands of people are diagnosed with cancer and this figure is rising.
The team at Maggies understand that people need help with the emotional, psychological and practical side of the disease as well as the opportunity to meet others facing cancer.
Maggie's welcomes those at all points of their cancer journey from diagnosis, right through to end of life or in bereavement and is here for friends and family too.
