I have used East Vows for at least 9 years. Lesley is very good and over the years I have used many of her therapies. She has helped me with two big injury related problems to shoulder and leg, excellent treatment and results. I have also had a major illness in which Lesley's therapies have helped me immensely. I would recommend her to anyone, she is caring and extremely proffessional.

I have been here twice for a massage. Lesley is an excellent therapist, and she creates a lovely peaceful relaxing space in the centre. This is a first-class massage, great for muscular aches and pains. Good value and now with a convenient on-line booking system. Best massage I've had in Scotland.

Following a stroke which paralysed my right side, debilitating 24-7 pain and a cessation of NHS physiotherapy, my mobility over 12 months was steadily worsening.
I had no belief in massage therapy but my partner nagged me.
5 months later mobility and balance have improved. The range of movement has increased. I can go out my front door (6 inch step) which was impossible before. My mood has lightened. I feel happier. All of which make my pain easier to bear.
Defying all expectations, I have feeling in my paralysed leg and can move my big toe a little.

As a businessman unfamiliar with the area,I used the directory to find a therapist,I was suffering a back complaint after a long journey and was in pain.East vows answered my call immedietly and I was promised a therapist would call back to discuss treatment as they were busy at the time.
I was called back very quickly,my condition was analysed and I was booked in the same day.The treatment was very thorough and followed further careful evaluation by the owner,I found the establishment very easily and plenty of free parking, the treatment rooms are clean, warm and relaxing, all in all a very welcome and pleasant experience which I cant recommend highly enough

Have been a regular wit Lesley for some years now. Attending every 3 weeks for more remedial type massage I find it keeps things in check and I certainly feel better after my treatment.
