Well I waited 45 minutes for our 3 meals - and people who had arrived well after us had been served, so we asked nicely where ours was, it was on its way, when it arrived I asked for some discount after waiting fo so long and I was directed rather fiercely to the fresh food - not fast food as if I was an idiot! I know it does not take 45 minutes to make an omelette, however hard you try, and if you are serving people who arrive after you ( with hot food too) then an apology (not given) and maybe even a realisation you may have been overlooked would have ameliorated the whole situation, but no quarter was given - and we have used the restaurant before, so we knew it would not take that long...my omelette was not cooked in the middle (pointless to send it back - life is too short) one was overdone and one was just right. But I shall give a big thumbs up to the chips and salad.
