I was required to replace a damaged obsolete coloured wc toilet pan which was part of a bathroom suite fitted during the 1970's.
The task of finding this item appeared to be an impossible mission, having spent weeks searching the web and almost giving up, I stumbled upon the above company web site. Having made a telephone call to them I was asked details relating to the required item. Within 48 hours I received a letter from them detailing specifications, colour sample and model number of the item I required. Within days I was in receipt of the replacement.

I sent an enquiry about a replacement for my QUALITAS look-alike toilet last week and am just writing to say THANK YOU!
It’s not easy finding a replacement for out of production items especially when the item is virtually built into the bathroom. As well as getting the right colour match (there are as many shades of white as there are of black!) there is always the problem of toilet outlet height as well as distance from the wall and matching to the cistern.
Without your wide range of out of production bathroomware I would have had to rip out a toilet, cistern, concealed pipework and tiling, as well as probably a perfectly useful basin and pedestal.
It all happened remarkably quickly, and within the space of one day. I sent in my enquiry, then sent a photo to back it up, and within 4 hours I had a reply! The icing on the cake was that I could pick it up the very next day - PROBLEM SORTED! I probably saved myself a lot of time and effort, and more importantly - money.
So once again a big thank you to the people at Miscellanea, please add me to

Parts arrived in good time and have been fitted. I am very pleased to say that the Armitage is now back in rude health, dispatching any potential log-jams with new found aplomb (aplumb?) and looking forward to another 60 years of hard flushing. Both the plumber and I are at a total loss to understand how the air extractor bomb makes the thing work but it does.
