I found Mercury after doing a web search for a local independent specialist, after wasting my time and money at a main dealer I had used another garage to fit new engine mounts to my Ml it was worse than before. I called Martin who asked me to drop it in within minutes he spotted that they had been fitted wrong and also noted a leak from a gearbox plug that was repaired while I waited. I booked the car in and it was a different car when I got it back running nice and smooth, he knows what he is doing and wont rip you off I will definitely use him from now on.Chris L
Just a quick line or 2 to say Many Thanks for the work you done on my E320 Coupe on Thursday, i couldn't believe the difference when i drove home, not that the car ever drove badly, but the new wishbones and engine mounts have made a vast difference to the way it drives, also its feels much smoother too, thanks again and hope to see you soon.
Following the news from the Main agent that my 2001 Mercedes A 160 with 44000 miles on the clock was beyond economic repair, I thankfully found Mercury Prestige Vehicle Servicing and Repair on the internet. Explaining the Engine Management problem to them, I was quoted just over £400 to repair, and 1 week to complete, as the Control Unit had to be sent for repair. Just 6 days later and right on estimate the car was sorted and ready for another 44000 miles. Whilst they do not have the bone china coffee cups, flat screen TV's or leather loungers at Mercury, you do receive a First Class Service, Value for Money, and in my case to keep the car on the road!
I have been a customer of Mercury since the beginning of 2009 soon after I bought my 55 reg Mercedes E320 Estate. Since then Martin, the proprietor, has serviced and undertaken other rectifications to my complete satisfaction. After 40 years of servicing my own cars, I decided to go to Martin with the E320 and I cannot fault the excellent attention which the car has received. With a garage like this available to me that uses genuine Mercedes spare parts I see no reason for involving a more expensive main agent. This garage is highly recommended.
I have been a customer of Mercury for some nine or ten years and during the whole of that time have had no cause for complaint or worry. Martin has always explained what work needs undertaking and why and I do not feel that he has ever carried out unnecessary work. His pricing has I believe always been most fair. He and his staff have always been most courteous, patient and kind. I have never doubted his honesty and trustworthiness, indeed it is a pleasure to do business with him.
I have used Mercury Prestige Vehicles for six years and have always been delighted with the service I have received throughout that time. Every problem I have had with the car has been solved efficiently and successfully. I would and do highly recommend Mercury Prestige Vehicles to anyone who owns a Mercedes.
