The new Permitted Development regulations
which came into force on 1st. October 2008 have drastically increased the size of extensions and buildings which can be carried out without planning permission and, in addition to offering advice on how these regulations affect your property, the practice offers full architectural services including cost planning, structural and interior design.
Our new foundations service, available for properties in Farnham and beyond, is based on a menu of five distinct stages with fixed prices for each stage:
1. Survey using state of the art laser survey equipment
2. Design including submission of planning application if required
3. Construction information including Building Regulations application
4. Finding a builder by tender or by negotiation
5. Independent inspection and certification of builder’s work
We recommend the use of the RIBA’s Home Owner’s Contract and we have a number of regular local builders in and around Farnham who we can recommend.
