I recently used Home James Taxis as I broke my ankle and needed to get to my place of work in Crawley. I was always picked up on time and always with a friendly and courteous driver. I would like to praise your driver, Chris who colllected me from home at 7am one morning and drove me to arrive ahead of schedule to St. Pancras for my trip on Eurostar. I was anxious to arrive on time to meet with my travel company at the rendezvous point but Chris was very assured and drove well in poor conditions.
I would also like to mention the lady on duty late Monday evening who rang to check that the journey was still going ahead. Thanks as always to all at Home James

They have let us down more than once now, by losing several late night bookings. The controller's approach to customer service is "the customer is always wrong" and her attitude verges from gruff to downright rude.

That said, if you can get around the person at the end of the phone, and your taxi actually arrives, the drivers are great- very friendly and knowledgeable.

Home James Taxis are simply the best! Our holiday got off to a great start with our 4am pick-up - really helpful driver. Same coming back - two weary travellers at 8pm, immediately looked after by another ace driver. We had to change our booking because of airline problems and HJ couldnʼt have been more helpful. Highly recommended!
