Just a note to say how pleased we are at Mountbattern lodge with the way your men ably led by Mr Higgs, carried out the task of laying our new carpets.
I think it was Mr Higgs cheerful disposition that became the yardstick for how the job was done. Our lodge manager was so impressed with how he and his team just got on with the job despite some interruptions from some of our elderly residents.
At a time when sloppy service is becoming the norm it was nice to deal with professionals. Please pass on our appreciation to Mr Higgs and his team.
