I needed a PA urgently, where can I find one?As and When Admin Services came to the rescue - I rang Debbie at As and When Admin Services on a Sunday afternoon and explained I needed a PA for an important meeting in Aylesbury at 9.30am the very next day. I briefed Debbie on my business, which is an up and coming Courier Logistics Company, during the journey up there. I was pleased to see Debbie taking detailed notes and she listened with great interest and showed professional support and a positive manner. At the end of the meeting Debbie had 6 pages of notes to type up, which she did when we got back - this gave me my discussion document to go back to ‘clinch the deal’. The Managing Director thought Debbie was one of my team and not a ‘PA for the day’. I thoroughly recommend As and When Admin Services; they are a truly professional Company that take care of whatever you give them, be it a mail shot or being your PA.
I run a busy solicitors’ practice and when my practice manager went on holiday I thought answering the ‘phones would be no trouble at all. Wrong! Very quickly I realised that I needed someone to take care of it. I ‘phoned Debbie at As and When and within the hour (actually I think within the half hour) she had set up a line, diverted my calls from the landline and mobile and I was left to get on with my day job. Debbie and her team answered the ‘phones very efficiently and professionally and I cannot recommend their service more highly. They even took calls on the weekend and let me know straight away who I needed to call and about what. This meant that I did not lose any valuable business leads and my clients did not suffer reduced service levels. We are now using them on a regular basis to cover staff absence and holidays. I wholeheartedly recommend the services of As and When – they were nothing short of brilliant!
As and When Admin services have truly kept our business thriving through its launch! They are reliable, quick and utterly trustworthy - it's not everyone you'll trust to answer your phones while you're away and delight your customers while they do it, but Debbie at As and When did just that for us.
