I have just come back from the Christmas Market in the Princes Mead Shopping Centre... what fun! It is here for the whole weekend 20th, 21st and 22nd Nov, so I am going back tomorrow too.
It was really fun browsing round the stalls full of traditional Christmas fayre from the continent. Many of the stalls belong to people from our twin towns in France and Germany, so I was able to pull out a bit of my rusty old French which caused much amusement! I bought some lovely looking pate and mustard to tuck away till later. I couldn’t resist the Stollen and Gingerbread, although those have little chance of lasting till Christmas!
Why don’t you save yourself the travel hassle of going to the continent and come to our very own Twin Town Christmas Market yourself and do let me know how you get on!
As well as the fabulous Christmas Market Father Christmas is coming to turn on our lights on Saturday check here for details Cant wait to see all those little painted faces watching the characters from the panto with live music too...
