Newtown Church Fete takes place in the beautiful gardens at Meonwood, on the corner of Heath Road and Buddens Lane. Whilst the Victory Brass Band plays, visitors can sip tea on the lawn or sup Pimms as they wander through the stunning floral displays that line the paths. There really is something for everyone with craft activities and sideshows plus an impressive Dog Agility display from the team at Victory Training and Agility, tractor displays, classic cars - even a working steam engine! There's a bar and a BBQ as well as cake, plant and produce stalls, a legendary Tombola plus clothes, books, White Elephant and Gifts. It really is a perfect English garden Fete.Entrance costs £2 per adult, children under 16 go free. There's free parking on-site. Sorry no dogs as the fete takes place in private gardens.
