Robert helped us to resolve an unfair dispute over motoring insurance. Although it was a very straightforward and probably small matter, he treated us courteously and suggested the best method of dealing with it. I had to attend court regarding a motoring offence which could have left me without a licence for 6 months due to totting up. I was recommended Robert Locke Solicitors by a friendly court official when I atteneded court the first time alone .
When I contacted Robert he was so proffesional and understanding and certainly didnt judge me. In court he was outstanding and really put my case forward and due to him I didnt lose my licence . Robert persuaded 3 magistrates to let me keep my licence due to his knowledge of the law. I cannot thank him enough he has certainly changed my life because I still have a licence I still have a job.. I would recommend him to anyone . Many Thanks

I was very nervous about finding myself going to court on a speeding charge but I have to say Robert Locke Solicitors were excellent help. They went through everything very thoroughly and were the right mix of friendly and proffessional, understanding how I felt and making me feel at ease. They were easy to contact with any questions and I felt like they really cared about me, not just another number if you know what I mean. They took care of my ego whilst explaining the law in laymans terms, showing me exactly what would happen when I went to court, and also explained all the possible outcomes. We had a couple of meetings and these were always factual, helpful and supporting. In court I felt I was supported not just as a client, but felt they really understood me as a person and were able to give me the correct information to help me. It was a great outcome for me and I am eternally grateful for the way Robert Locke went out of their way to make sure I was okay, even after the event.
So a huge THANK YOU for all their help and I would not hesitate to recomend them to anyone if they needed help.
