I cannot speak to highly of Haly Catering. Stephanie and her team excelled themselves in delivering a first class quality service with the greatest efficiency. The attention to detail was excellent and the quality and presentation of the food was superb. The staff were unobtrusive but were always there to ensure everyone was served and all plates, glasses and cups cleared away. Stephanie's management of the catering arrangements was of the highest professional order and was a major factor in contributing to the success of the day. I would thoroughly recommend Haly Catering as the first choice of caterers for any occassion.

Stephanie did the catering for my brother's 60th birthday party last weekend. She and all her staff were really charming and willing, and put themselves out to please in every way. The food was delicious - I particularly liked the chocolate cheesecake and the brie and mango canapes! Thoroughly recommended.

Haly catering did our wedding breakfast in June 2010 and it was superb. The food was fantastic - beyond our expecctations, steph and her team did a wonderful job and the service was great too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any occasion and would certainly use them again. Many of our guests commented on how lovely the food was, and it was also excellent value for money.

Steph Haly and her team catered for our daughter's wedding in July this year. We had a hot fork buffet for just over 100 guests during the day and a buffet for approx 150 in the evening. Steph was extremely helpful and well organised. She talked us through the day, so that we got everything in the right order. Her team were courteous and nothing was too much trouble. There was plenty of good food and we would definitely recommend this company

Having used Haly Catering for several events we have run, each one has been excellent and of the highest professional standard.
