All enquiries are dealt with by Steven, your local engineer. Each enquiry begins with a free on-site survey and then an exact quotation will be written out which is valid for 6 months. Work requested can be carried out on the same day and is completed to your exact requests. Steven can offer same day, evening and weekend calls. Once you have arranged a visit from Steven he will confirm a specific time slot for you ( for example 0900-1000, 1300-1400, 1800-1900 ) so you do not have to wait in all day. FREESAT & SKY INSTALLATION / REPAIR FREESAT
Freesat is a subscription free digital satellite service provided by the BBC & ITV broadcasters. Freesat offers a massive 99% coverage in the UK meaning it is suitable for almost everyone.
All that is required to receive freesat is a TV with freesat built in or a seperate freesat box which is then connected to a standard satellite dish. Multiple TV's can be run from the one satellite dish.
With freesat you have access to over 140 digital TV & radio channels and now also a selection of HD (high definition) channels as well. Once you have had freesat installed you will never pay for the channels you receive.
Also with freesat + you can easily record programmes with the touch of a button and watch one channel while recording another(same system as sky+).
SKY INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS
At Your Vision we speacialise in non-standard SKY installations. A non-standard installation may be:
> Installation is required at a specific height(higher than a normal two storey building)
>Installation is required away from the actual property itself
>Installation is required on a listed building
>Discreet dish siting and cabling is required
>Distribution of sky signal to multiple TV's (via tv link,magic eyes etc)
>Internal cabling and/or loft cabling is required

Your Vision also provide a complete SKY repair service. Please note we do not have a call-out charge for this service(SKY call-out charge £65.00).

TV WALL MOUNTING
One of the benefits of the newer flatscreen LCD and plasma TV's is the ability for the TV to be mounted on a wall as opposed to a floor based stand. However as these are expensive and heavy items you need to ensure that the wall mounting is safe and secure before fixing your TV to it.
Your Vision offers a wall mounting service which will ensure your TV is hung on the wall with the most suitable wall bracket for your requirements and is installed safely by one of our expert installers.
As part of this service we will:
>Help you choose the ideal location for your TV and ideal type of bracket to mount the TV on the wall
> Carry out a survey of your room and walls to ensure suitability
> Discuss how your other equipment will be connected to your TV
> Help you decide the best and neatest way of running connecting cables and power leads etc. whether hidden within the wall itself or by another method.
