The service I received when ordering a kilt and bespoke jacket was second to none. I have shopped elsewhere and paid more for a lesser quality products and service. Andrew and his team have shown me the best level of customer service I have experienced in a very long time. From the initial point of contact,the consultation and design process, through to the complete outfit being presented (including some last minute changes, all taken taken in Andrew's stride!) were an absolute pleasure and a joy to be part of. If you have the requirement for any level of highland dress or bespoke tailoring, shop elsewhere at your peril (and probable higher cost)!

I live in London and needed an outfit urgently after being let down at the last moment by another supplier. I contacted Kiltpin and spoke to a very helpful member of staff, before speaking to Andrew the owner. I was able to discuss all my requirements and colours and fit etc and Andrew and I were able to look at the same pages of the company website to agree the clothes whilst being in different postcodes!
The outfit was couriered to me and arrived the next day. I could not be more happy with the service that I received and loved the outfit and even the fit was amazing considering that no actual physical measurements were taken.
I will most certainly use Kiltpin every time in future when I need kilts or full formal outfits and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I just love the personal service that Andrew and his staff give. The variety of tartans and accessories that are avialable. My son and husband find it so easy just to pop in anytime a wedding or function crops up that they require a kilt for. we always go to kiltpin as it is hassel free and my boys like the chat and banter from andrew makes it all fun

Friendly helpful staff who serve the public with a nothing is to much attitude and who go the extra mile, they will not sell you something that you don't need,
and when you leave you know you have a bargain.

I used Kiltpin to supply my full Highland outfit for my daughter's wedding.
The service was excellent, with very friendly staff.
It was also touch and go with the kilt material being supplied almost at the last minute.
Nevertheless, everything was finished, and ready on time for my daughters (and my) big day!

What I loved about Kiltpin was Andrew the M.D. the way he approached you, discused with you your needs, asked you why you decided to choose what you had chosen, no sales pressure, friendly staff, relaxed surroundings, no timescale to decide if you wanted to proceed with the purchase, everything about the business pointed to professionalism of the first degree.
In fact when I was being fitted for my outfit a friend from Glasgow was with me in the shop on my second tryout and he decided to get his outfit there also as he could not get the same treatment and service like this in any shops he had tried in Glasgow a tetement to this outstanding individual and his staff.

The whole experience of getting an outfit for a very important occassion. The knowledge and friendly manner of the staff that helped me through the choosing of the tartan and the style of the the jacket.I felt so well looked after throughout all the fittings right up to the day that I took the whole outfit home with me.
