I love the great and friendly service, the people are wonderful and amazingly nice and make you feel so welcome and at home. No matter what your needs are they went out there way to help and even went out there way ti get me a cravat in exactly the right unique colour to match my bridesmaids dresses. All round great kilt shop and have recomemended to family and friends.

From the second the bell rings when you open the door you can feel the friendlyness just ooze from the staff. This is a proper family run business with the customers best interests at heart. They have an extensive range of outfits for hire at the best prices i've ever seen. They are very accomodating and flexible with collections and drop offs to suit the customers individual needs. Their knowledge and experience in their trade is just outstanding. Their website is also excellent with step by step instruction on how to correctly wear our traditional scottish highland dress. For me this is by far the best local business. Well done guys keep up the excellent work

The service. Sadly lacking nowadays, but not here. Jim and his team provide you with the kind of service you'd hope to get from a small independent business, whether your looking for a kilt for yourself, or for a whole wedding party, you can guarantee youll be looked after, and have exactly what you want. I organised my brothers wedding in Las Vegas, and Jim took care of everything! I would and do recommend to anyone in need of kilt.
I am getting married in June of this year and I found exactly what I wanted at JH Kilt Hire, something a bit different to what all the other Kilt Hire places had and special deals on regularly which is fantastic when weddings are very hard on the purse strings! Every little bit helps and here I found everything!! Great little business.
The business is a fantastic asset to the small town centre.. The Service is second to none.. We also visited other kilt hire shops in the area but the service was not the same and the value for money is outstanding.... Jim certainly knows his stuff and is a credit to Grangemouth!!!

The staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and most of all friendly and accommodating, Jim and Lynne helped us a great deal and we will continue to use JH Kilthire whenever we have the opportunity.
They were very patient and understanding when the full Scottish outfit went missing on a British Airways flight never to be seen again. It was 3-4 months before we got the compensation pay out from BA. Not once did the add to our stress by chasing us up. We did however keep them up to date with how the proceedings were going though. No penalty charges were issued and as i have said very understanding. Pleasure doing business with Jim and we will be back in future but will take out the extra insurance with him in future.

We were treated like friends more than customers and were able to arrange a private appointment after shop hours so my son Steven could try on some outfits.
