Wedding Cakes and Favours
As professional cake makers, we individually design your wedding cake to suit your requirements.
Cakes are made with a rich fruit base and covered with almond marzipan before finishing. Sponge is also available on request.
All cake bases are made from the finest ingredients and come in the following shapes and sizes:

Hexagonal
Square
Petal
Oval
Other shapes available to special order include: octagonal, horseshoe, scalloped oval, diamond, long octagonal, teardrop and bells.
Sizes vary from 5" to 16" in most cases.
Celebration Cakes (Genoese Sponge)

All celebration cake bases are made from Genoese sponge, split and filled with raspberry or apricot conserve and confectioner's cream before being coated with sugar paste.
