I love the way the Staff make you feel really special, and LISTEN to you when you tell them what you like or don't!

They suggest, but don't bully you into making decisions about what to wear. I like this, as in some other shops when I've been buying clothes for special occasions, I've been pressured into buying something which I've immediately regretted.

Margaret was very patient as I tried on lots of different outfits, however I was successful and got a fabulous outfit, which suited me and my budget. I had tried many other shops, thank goodness for Catwalk.

I recently visited Catwalk looking to buy an outfit for my son's wedding in May. All of the staff were genuinely nice and really friendly. They made us feel at ease the minute we walked in the shop. There is a really good, relaxed atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble and I never felt under any pressure to buy. The girls know their stuff, it was good to feel you could trust them to give an honest opinion. They gave me advice on what would suit me and what would not. The level of customer care is extremely high and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for that special outfit. I loved the shop, was impressed with the quality and choice but most of all I love my outfit.

It's great to have a local shop that stocks interesting and gorgeous clothes. More importantly the staff are all amazing. They are genuinely interested in you and what you are looking for, are informative, helpful and honest. A shopping experience as it should be!

Believe it or not I come all the way from London to shop at Catwalk. It has always been a favourite boutique of my mother's especally when she is looking for something special. I chummed her a couple of years ago when I was home and couldn't believe that I ended up getting a couple of amazing smart/casual tops that I have had so much wear out off. They are so unique and everyone asks me where I get them from. So its not just a "posh" frock shop for my Mum's generation even although at first glance you may think it is. I really look forward to my annual Catwalk fix and Pauline and her lovely ladies could not be more helpful and friendly. They will make you feel so welcome and give such honest advice that you really don't need a friend, mother, or daughter to chum you.

Catwalk is my favourite ladies fashion shop in Falkirk and has been since it opened. It has a fantastic selection of the most up to date trends, for all occassions. Their designer wear is unbeatable and I now have lots of gorgeous dresses for special occassions and cruises. The personal service is gold star, with honest guidance to help you select a stunning, flattering outfit. The staff are very friendly and genuine. A few weeks ago, I bought an outfit from Catwalk for my son's forthcoming wedding on 2nd July, and was served by a member of staff called "Fiona"
I would like to compliment and thank her for her advice and "PATIENCE". As it is an occasion, I want to feel and look my best.I was incredibly impressed by her knowledge and understanding and most of all the was she dealt with all my concerns. It is rare, nowadays to get good service and manners, but she certainly achieved both, with no effort required, and made astressful situation, a very enjoyable one. Looking forward to my son's special day, and hope family and guests like my outfit, as much as I do.
