We recently suffered major water damage in our bathroom which affected the walls, floorboards and joists. I contacted John Dawson at Aspray and he agreed to visit and provide us with a quote. John turned up at the agreed time and quickly assesed the damage. He gave us a detailed quote the next day which my insurance company approved.
The following Monday workmen arrived to begin repairs. All in all we had a joiner, plumber, tiler, decorator and a plasterer. Each turned up on time, took great care to protect our carpets and existing decor and the work was completed to a very high standard. Throughout the work John telephoned to ensure there were no problems and popped in to check all was well. The work was completed ontime and at each stage the workmen checked to ensure we were happy with what was being done. Within a week we had our bathroom back and with a minimum of disruption.
My wife and I were very impressed with Aspray and we would recommend Aspray to anyone without hesitation.
