Dear Ken and Jane, you may know that we had need of your services again this week. IKEA delivered a matteress and cleaned its plastic cover on our carpet as it was slid up the stairs!! IKEA/ their delivery contractor, said that they would pay for the damage. I (Michael) provisionally arranged with the office staff for the job to be done on Wednesday. The reason for writting this email is to say that the staff were brilliant. They did not only make the provisional booking but then tracked down the head office of IKEA's delivery people and secured confirmation that they would pay eyc in order that i didn't have to pay you and then chase a refund from IKEA. The staff went above and beyond what i expected. THANK YOU! The job was done and it was great!

Very impressed with service provided by your company. The work ethos shown by the crew I have not witnessed since retiring at the end of 22 years service in the Armed Forces and they should be commended for commitment shown. The Headmaster was in yesterday and commented on how good the areas now look and he intimated that he would like to extend this standard to the rest of the school so I am sure our paths will cross again. Please thank the team for their considerable efforts in bringing a previously neglected area back to my standard.

Ken Rudge & his team at Servicemaster have once again come up trumps. We used them recently to do a ʼsite-cleanʼ on an office refurbishment project we had completed. They gave good advice & were very competitve. They turn up when they say & charge what they say which is excellent. No hidden extras or complications. I canʼt believe that Servicemaster managed to clean a years worth of dirt from 2 dogs, three boys and the parade of toys and bikes brought in from the garden !
