Membership to Quay Toning I regard as life long. I suffer from chronic bad back and I find that this sort of exercise is excellent for my condition. It helps to ward off the pain in my back and keep me mobile. Combined with a good diet helps me to lose weight. Absolutely brilliant.

I think Quay Toning is extremely friendly. I find that the exercies increase the flexibility of my joints and muscles which helps enormously with my mobility. The environment is beautiful. It's the small touches that count.

From the moment you enter the Quay Toning and Fitness Centre you are greeted and met by cheerful, friendly staff. You soon feel the physical benefits of using the equipment regularly. It is easy to fit sessions around everyday life - especially with 7 days a week opening times. Well done!!

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis excercise is essential. The machines at this gym keep me mobile.The staff are friendly and very helpful. The members are friendly and there is a pleasant atmosphere.I have also taken advantage of the treatments they offer, Natalie who does them couldn`t be nicer and you leave feeling on top of the world. A fitness club made by women for women Fantastic!

I’m so glad Quay Toning has opened, and after only a few sessions the improvements in my physical strength and abilities were amazing. I have Multiple Sclerosis and no other therapy has given me the same results. The staff make you feel so welcome, and are extremely helpful and positive. I try to have three sessions a week. My physiotherapist’s eyes nearly popped out yesterday when I pedaled an exercise bike like never before! For anyone with physical problems this is perfect.
A very happy Agneta! Improvements so far include: More control during transfers.Increased muscle strength, and suppleness.Balance i.e. sitting and standing.Improved mood!

As soon as you enter, the staff make you feel most welcome and the atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. Enduring horrendous pain in my knee, after using the machines, I felt marvelous. When I left I was walking on air - with a general feeling of well being. I absolutely recommend Quay Toning to anyone with joint problems!

I joined Quay Toning when it opened a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed the motorised machines - I've only been for sixteen sessions so far and have felt fitter than I have for years and am already noticing that I've found I've got a waist again!and I'm toning up all over.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a place you really enjoy going to and they offer lots of other treatments too.

I give it 5 stars!!! Julie
