I have used Partridge Estate Agents to let my house in Clyst Heath since 2006. During this time, I have found the company and all who work there there to be professional, helpful and extremely efficient. The house has been occupied virtually constantly over the past six years and when necessary, new tenants have been found very quickly. Maintenance issues are dealt with expeditiously and with the minimum of fuss which is an important consideration as we live in Sri Lanka. I cannot recommend Partridge Lettings highly enough, especially when their services are compared to those of the agency we use to let our house on Dartmoor!

Partridge is the best agent in and around Exeter. Its agents are very efficient and responds fast to any enquiries or issues that might arise, always with a smile. They check on the flat every so often and are reliable agents.

I'm pleased to be able to say I've just finalised the process for a new property and thanks to Partridges its been a breeze.
Rosie kept us informed every step of the way, helping to solve problems as they arose and keeping in touch even when there was nothing new to report - it was good just to know we hadn't been forgotten about.
Rosie was knowledgable and kind.
On the odd occasion we did deal with other staff they were just as polite and always passed on messages ensuring our calls were returned.

We have dealt with many estate agents over the years but Partridges have by far been the best.

We relocated to the Exminster area from the United States about 18 months ago, and the staff at Partridge Lettings have been delightful during our entire stay. From our first meeting to our quarterly inspections, the staff have been courteous and helpful in every way. They are very fair and seem to work just as hard for the property owners as the tennants. We have, and will continue to recommend Partridge to others in the future.

I've used Partridges for 4 years to let my flat in Exeter and they've always found me good people who look after the place and pay their rent on time. I've only had 4 or 5 empty days in that period. So their tenant finding service has been very effective and from a landlord's point of view that's vital. They also check up on the flat every 6 months and have a network of tradesman who they can call in to fix things, which has helped me keep it in good condition.

Partridge Estate Agents helped my girlfriend and I purchase our first home in Exminster this year. Being first time buyers we obviously had hundreds of questions and everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Sally was so nice to deal with and Mike visited us to hand over the keys once we had completed.
