I had a dreadful experience a few years ago with another biomass boiler company and was therefore well aware of the potential pitfalls of choosing the wrong supplier and of the need to select with care. Fair Energy knew what they were talking about (a refreshing change), the installers did a great job and were efficient and friendly. Needless to say the boiler is also running very smoothly.

Fair energy have installed a 130Kw boiler in a Victorian country house for us. We feel that the work carried out was done to the highest standards. There was extensive help from fair energy in the design stage particularly as the space was very limited in the proposed boiler room, as a result of this work we have an extremely well designed boiler room. They also helped in sourcing skilled pipe fitters and materials during the installation. When we have experienced problems they have resolve efficiently and quickly. There quotes were competitive and detailed with no hidden costs.

We chose to work with Fair Energy because they offer a complete service from design to installation and helped with every stage of the process. I am so excited about what it means to River Dart Country Park as part of our environmental responsibility and showing how renewable energy can work for a business. We were able to receive funding for 50% of the capital and installation cost from grants and an interest free Carbon Trust loan.
