Cobalt's service is second to none. I had a problem with my Dell computer which was still under warranty. Having spent over 40 minutes on the phone to Dell, they advised I needed to get the hard disk backed up before they reset the whole system. I went to Cobalt who sorted the problem within minues without resetting anything. This saved me a lot of time and energy. They know their stuff!

Cobalt was represented last night at the Profit Vision event at Sandy Park, and I found it really helpful. Ian Dunstan of Cobalt presented his knowledge with authority and a bit of humour - and I learned a lot. I would really recommend that people go to future Profit Vision events - and the networking aspect was really useful too!
