As a brand new charity just starting out, Basepoint has been a perfect venue. The staff have been so helpful and understanding with our 'teething' problems and very welcoming to our bereavement volunteers and trustees. We have people coming and going all the time, and they really feel comfortable. It is a great place to be.

I only moved into Basepoint a few weeks ago, and I really enjoy working here. Starting up a new business can be a challenging time for an individua,l and I am so pleased that I work from Basepoint. A lot of commercial business space available to rent can be quite 'cold and commercial' yet at Basepoint they have managed to get the right balance. The whole set up is very professional, you want to invite your clients here, but not only is it a professional set up it is the atmosphere here that makes it such a good place to work. I don't know how they do it but they just do. Although I work alone I don't feel alone by being here at Basepoint, and I know I would not get that feeling just anywhere. The staff are friendly, personable and you feel confident bringing your clients here, because you know they will get a warm reception.

Recently visited Basepoint Business Centre Exeter and was amazed at the cleanliness - carpets were being cleaned - 1st time I've ever seen this at a business centre! Also worldcup football being shown in receptuon tv - Great!
