We have always had excellent service from APi. Their engineers understand the problems of an educational setting and attend outside teaching hours so that lesson time is not interrupted, often squeezing visits into our lunchtimes. Their proximity to the school is a great asset and they willingly hire out equipment, on occasions at short notice; when our sound system failed on the morning of a performance Andy loaned us replacement equipment within the hour so that the show could go on! They are our first port of call for advice on repairs or purchases of AV equipment.
