I decided to get solar PV at the end of 2011, I wanted it installed quickly & the only people able to help me with this was Alpha-Vae. Alex came around promptly to do a consultation before doing the job, explained what was involved & did a quick breakdown of the returns I could expect from the install. Within 3 weeks the scaffolding was up & Alex's team were around to do the job. Being a busy person I couldn't hang around whilst the job was done, but was more than happy leaving the lads with the keys to the house, they even washed up their mugs!
2 days later the job was done the panels up looking shiny & I had trouble working out how they had got the cables through the house without making any mess - great job. Alex had the paperwork I needed to get the install registered with my energy company. 3 months after that & the panels are performing better than expected & I’ve bored all my friends by showing them my big red inverter in the garage! Would highly recommend Alpha-Vae to anyone.

After seeing a number of companies, we chose Alpha Vae and Alex because he was very informative giving us information in a way that could be understood. When the lads arrived to do the work, it was like having friends in the house. They worked well, cleaned up after themselves, and they left our home as they found it. Alex estimated we could install 3.5Kw panels and his estimate was extremely competitive. We decided to use a local firm with a good track record and an independent guarantee so any possible future problems could be easily dealt with. Power produced in the last 2 1/2 months is well up to expectation. It was a pleasure to have Alex and his team here, they felt like part of the family!
