Phoenix is a really friendly and relaxed place to train. I've used the AlterG Anti-gravity trainer to help aid recover from an injury and Jason has been great at encouraging me in all my sessions. I recommend the gym and training to everyone.

I have been training with Jason since May 2011, Every time I walk in you will always find Jason with a smile. He has pushed me to a point where I thought I would never reach.
Most gyms I have joined after 3 months I've got bored and left, however Phoenix really does offer the right package to all its members
