When Rob arrived it became obvious that he knew what he was talking about - quoting various standards and requirements for the job we were looking at (a complete contrast to another local company that quoted for the job). I contacted Rob at Fascialift about replacement facias & downpipes. He came out to see the job. He was very helpful. We ended up having the work done and our porch refaced & roofed (we were going to take it down due to its poor condition). Rob did the work himself, completed on time and was proffessional throughout. We are delighted with the result and thoroughly recommend him. Get the kettle on though as he does love a cuppa!

The clue to this good service wasn't necessarily in the price but the specification that was sent with the quote. Rob Speed had covered every technical point possible which made us feel that a good job was going to be done. A number of problems with our property were encountered when Rob removed the fascias and soffits but he went that extra mile and rectified each one (not something a larger company would have spent the time doing, we're sure). Fascia Lift are also very 'green' and recycle all the old materials. Fascia Lift was recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. Rob was a very pleasant, trustworthy guy who did a fantastic job (Make sure you keep him in supply of lots of good quality tea! I had a problem with ventilation in my loft space and after discussing the options we decided on a course of action. The Job was done extremely well and no mess was left on site. I would hesitate to recommend Fascialift for any work, just good honest service.
I had the facias. bargeboards, gutters and downpipes replaced on two sides of the house done two years ago by Facia Lift and was delighted. I had the other two sides and garage done this year and the service and finish was similarly impressive. The cost was very reasonable given the all the hard work of removing all the old wooden structures and replacing with modern materials. If you need this work done, I can confidently recommend Facia Lift as a first rate contractor.
Fascialift, Fladbury recently replaced a flat roof at our home. The end result is very good and I will be recommending.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rob and FASCIAlift. Rob recently replaced three flat roofs for me, complete with fascias, soffiting and rainwater goods. The EPDM roof covering looks better and promises to last longer than the old flat roof felting. He did the job speedily and efficiently and all to a high standard. I have now asked him to come back and replace all the fascias, soffiting and guttering on the main part of the house.
Fascia Lift (Rob Speed) reroofed a flat-roof on an extension for me a couple of years ago. I was impressed with him, the standard of his workmanship and his attention to detail and so had no hesitation in contacting him again recently when a dormer window sprang a leak. As well as dealing efficiently with this he also replaced the rather timber cladding on the dormer and the front of the house with a more modern material, updating the insualtion and waterproofing at the same time. Whilst he was on the roof he replaced a couple of cracked tiles and rerouted an inefficient rainwater gutter. Once again it was a thoroughly professional job, fully explained to me at every stage and carried out quickly and efficiently with all ʼmessʼ and waste removed without a trace. He does need to be regularly supplied with of cups of tea though!
Fascia Lift (Rob) recently replaced all the Rainwater goods to my property inc. Fascias, Soffits, Guttering and Flat Roof recovering to windows at roof level. He also replaced the lead flashing to a chimney not in the original quote, which saved me from finding an additional Tradesman. All rubbish was removed and the Site left clean and tidy. The materials used were of the highest quality and the work carried out in a friendly but professional manner to the exacting standards that Rob sets himself. Excellent job - well fitted and looks fantastic! This was a complex business - lots of difficult angles, varying dimensions and overhangs....it could so easily have been a sound and solid job but looked a bit of a mess. However, it is really soundly built and very neat and tidy a - great assert to the property. Best of all, I donʼt have to go up ladders anymore!

Rob came to work on my bungalow. I found him to be completely trustworthy and reliable. The standard of work he did seemed to me to be very high and I am very pleased with the results. Robʼs communication skills were very good and I always knew what was going on and where I stood. Compared to other work I have had done by other tradesmen, this was the most stress free and successful. My neighbours were also impressed and have asked Rob to do some work for them. As a female the above qualities are particularly important in a tradsman.
