Evesham Relay for Life - an annual event which is great for Evesham and cancer sufferers and their friends and families. One of the best known and hardest working charitable organisation in Evesham.
Evesham Relay for Life
Eveshams' Relay For Life event was started in 2008 to support Cancer Research UK against all of the various forms of cancer by raising funds during one yearly event.
2011 Relay for Life Saturday 25th - 26th June
12 Noon - 12 Noon
It is a 24 hour event held on Evesham High School playing fields in June. Comprising of various teams of eight or more people. Throughout the 24 hours at least one member of each team must be walking around the track at any time. Each team member pays a nominal entry fee which assures the event of a baseline revenue with all other funds being raised by sponsorship, donations and various fund raising activities throughout the six months leading up to the event.
