Originally hired a hot tub for a week, loved it so much we came back and bought one. Peter and Rach, helped us with the choice , installed it quickly and without fuss, and gave us a great deal.They even organised that the first 2 nights we used the tub was clear and frosty, ideal for watching the stars.

Their name is Complete Spas and their service is complete.After a lot of research and visiting other companies we bought our hot tub from Complete Spas last July. They stood out from the others as they were very welcoming but there was no hard sell. They answered all our questions honestly and made a site visit to check suitability of site and access before finalising purchase. When they delivered our hot tub they fully installed it and gave us a run through on the controls and how to maintain it, we just had to wait for the water to heat up before using it that eveningTheir after sales service and advice is excellent. From the moment we stepped into the showroom we have been dealt with absolute professionalism. The advice and guidance given was genuine and honest with no sales pitch - they wanted to get it right for us. They organised a visit to see the exact model that we were after and kept us informed throughout the cycle. The delivery and installation was first rate and although I had concerns about getting the spa on site they performed above and beyond. Pete went through all of the management of the spa and are at the other end of a phone should you need advice.We are now enjoying some fantastic relaxing moments and would be more than happy to have an independant discussion with anyone.My advice is go and take the plunge you wont regret it.

we went to complete spas we were given lots of info lots of advice time to try out the spa we wanted to buy we even got a better deal than we first were offered, then they stored the spa for us for more than 6mths,came and fitted it into the spa room and then came back to install the spa when all the building work had been finished.We could not have asked for better service and still have the follow up help that new spa owner need espcially when your rubberducks insist on floating upside down!!!!!!!! I had been in the market for a hot tub on and off for a while and had been looking around various retailers looking at all the options as i don't like to rush into these things - then i was recommended Complete Spas. My wife and I went along and were shown around all the hot tubs available by Pete with no hard sell - just very informed and enthusiastic advice. He and Rachel also came out later that afternoon to our house to help us with where the hot tub could be located if we went ahead, this was all before we had agreed to purchase it. I purchased my hot tub from Complete Spas and the service and aftercare was excellent. I was initially concerned about the installation due to having my existing hot tub inside a log cabin in my garden and also having no access to the back garden. Pete at Complete Spas arranged a crane for me and dismantled the log cabin so he could remove the old hot tub and install the new one, therefore taking all the hassle away from the process. The whole installation took one and a half days from start to finish and Pete and his team took care of everything. At the end of day 2 I was sitting in my new hot tub with a glass of champagne! I would recommend Complete Spas to anyone wanting a hot tub.Thanks guys

It is owned by a great couple Rachel and Pete Grinall, since I have found out about them I have been in their sunbeds (9 Minutes of believing you are somewhere nice and warm, escapism I think they call it!)I have bought one of their blow up spa's for the garden in the summer, have had a fish foot pedicure, and been to a girls night in their showroom. They go that extra mile to ensure their buisness is successful fun and enviting. I would always recommend them to friends

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism of this company. From speaking to Pete at 10.30 on the Wednesday morning about moving my spa 150 miles across country, within 2 hours it was collected and within 24 hours it was in it's new site. And finding they had to lift this spa over a 5 foot fence didn't faze them at all - I had organised a bit of muscle to help in theis operation - and within a few minutes of checking out the obvious problems, the spa was over and in. Our first encounter with Pete and Rachel was hiring a spa for our daughters birthday. Their service was second to none Pete came out set the spa up and fully explain to me how to work it all and was so patient when I rang him to go over the details again. We visited their open day and got the bug for a spa! We investigated various models in the showroom and wet tested at least three before deciding on an upgraded version of one they had in stock. A couple of weeks later and we were the proud new owners of our gorgeous spa Pete and Ben came sorted the electrics and set about installing the spa nothing was too much trouble they even had to remove fence panel to get it in all without a grumble. Tey explained fully how it worked and left us with chemicals and a goody bag. Petes customer service is outstanding with him visiting us several days later to check all was ok and Rachel too is knowledgeable and was at the end of the phone to anser our many questions.Fantastic friendly and fun

Thank you so much for the effort that you put in today for us it was very much appreciated. Buying a hot tub is probably the third largest purchase that most people will make. I have spent many hours trialling the internet for help and advice on which tub to buy, bearing in mind that this is our second hot tub so I did have some understanding on what I wanted. I was starting to think that all was lost. It was quite by chance that we heard about you, we were leaving the Hot Springs showroom, when a gentleman mentioned you. The next day before we set off, there was a bit of “why are we bothering” bearing in mind that we have visited so many other places over the last two weeks with disappointment either with the product or the dealer.We made the trip (40 miles) to you, pulled into the car park and we all thought “what a nice place” my son even took photos thinking that the walkways would be good for extreme free running sports (whatever that is!)We found your store and made our way in, and bang! There it was the tub we wanted, after seeing so many tubs over the last two weeks it was sat there in your showroom, i guess thats how it goes you just know when something is right. The only trouble being it was a dry tub...........no water in it, and there aint no way I am going to part with my money without “wet” testing it!”Pete the owner steps in and says “no problem I will fill it for you” now that is what I call service plus to boot a drink while we are waiting. He even had to wire it up as well. NO OTHER DEALER GAVE US THIS KIND OF SERVICE. Even after we had finished and got dressed there was never any sales pressure at all. In fact it was just a friendly warm environment...............which is so very important. The other dealers we have seen where not the same. They sort of hang over you if you know what I mean. We actually won our spa experience in a local competition and enjoyed the hire of the spa for a week. Despite no money changing hands, we enjoyed first rate communication and service, and we will definately buy from Complete Spas if my wife gets her way!!

Excellent, we bought a credit crunch voucher from touch radio and booked the hot tub, it was delivered when Pete said it would be and a week of fun followed with an endless row of towels hung up on the wash line, I would most definitely recommend a hot tub from complete spas they offer excellent service and value for money, thank you we will definitely hire another hot tub from you.

What a great week. Hired a hot tub for my daughters 18th birthday party and she had a great time with her friends and then the rest of the family had a great time for the rest of the week. Very friendly service from Pete and no problems using the tub. Will certainly hire again.
I sold my hot tub and it sat on my drive for 3 weeks as the first 2 companys who came to pick it up were a load of rubish. The first one bought a lorry which had a 6foot opening (my hot tub was 7foot square)... do the maths! The next people to come thought that 2 people would be able to pick a 360kg hot tub up and put it in the back of their lorry,- two words (no chance), so when i got a call from the buyer telling me he had someone else to collect it i was waiting for a donky and cart to turn up, but insted i got 2 men who before i even got home had it up on their trailer and were wraping it up to keep it from scratching, so i would really recommend you spend a bit extra on this company to move your hot tub as if it was not for them it would still be on my drive now -so thanks very much.
Complete spas are a fantastic company who not only do an amazing job, but do it with care and compassion! we had a "make a wish " granted to our terminally ill little girl Lucy last year, and the whole experience was so wonderful, not only because Lucy had her wish granted but largely down to how Pete and Ben made Lucys wish a reality! Lucy sadly passed away in July last year, but we will never forget the smile and giggles we had that day she had her wish come true. Many thanks to everyone at complete spas you truly are an amazing company.
I had never been in an outdoor hot-tub, but saw an advertisement for hiring a hot tub and thought what a great Christmas present this would be for the family. We hired the tub during February half term and it has been a huge success! Our two daughters and myself have taken it in turns to invite friends over for hot tub parties and what a great week we have had. Even my husband has been in the tub a few times, despite it snowing during 3 days of our week. I had a couple of queries about maintenance of the tub, but a quick call to Pete sorted both issues. We had a few reservations about what the standard and appearance of a hire tub would be, but this tub, although fairly basic, is very clean, in very good condition and lovely to be in. From the initial Spa hire for a party to eventually making a purchase of a Canadian Spa tub I can really recommend the helpful and flexible service of Complete Spa’s team. 'When we first decided to look for a spa we didn't really know where to start. We checked out the internet, read a few magazines, and visited several dealers. At the end of this we were even more confused and unsure than when we started. How do you fathom the difference in a market where the manufacturing approaches, and prices vary so much? Who do you put your trust in? 'Complete spas' was our answer. From the first (of many) visits we believed we could trust in the information we were given. Pete always seems to be able to back his advice with independant evidence, which helps you to form the trust base required when making a significant investment. Although we took several months to make up our mind, at no time were we put under any pressure, and our many questions were always answered with a coffee and a smile. From the moment of decision, through installation, to inumerous dips, it has been a greater pleasure than we could have guessed to become a Spa owner, all thanks to the great advice and service from 'Complete Spas'.

Bought a hot tub from them, a Marquis Epic. Very nervous spending several thousand Pounds with a local business, but they are the absolute best, I will recommend Pete, Rachel and Ben to eveyone! Very knowledgable before the sale in helping us make our choice and dispel a LOT of myths, woderfully smooth and hassle-free delivery and installation, and have been there at every turn since and have come out to see us to explain things (again!) and answer our, sometimes stupid I'm sure, questions as new hot tub owners. Every business should have the same attitude to customer service as Complete Spas!
