I sold my hot tub and it sat on my drive for 3 weeks as the first 2 companys who came to pick it up were a load of rubish. The first one bought a lorry which had a 6foot opening (my hot tub was 7foot square)... do the maths! The next people to come thought that 2 people would be able to pick a 360kg hot tub up and put it in the back of their lorry,- two words (no chance), so when i got a call from the buyer telling me he had someone else to collect it i was waiting for a donky and cart to turn up, but insted i got 2 men who before i even got home had it up on their trailer and were wraping it up to keep it from scratching, so i would really recommend you spend a bit extra on this company to move your hot tub as if it was not for them it would still be on my drive now -so thanks very much.
Complete spas are a fantastic company who not only do an amazing job, but do it with care and compassion! we had a "make a wish " granted to our terminally ill little girl Lucy last year, and the whole experience was so wonderful, not only because Lucy had her wish granted but largely down to how Pete and Ben made Lucys wish a reality! Lucy sadly passed away in July last year, but we will never forget the smile and giggles we had that day she had her wish come true. I had never been in an outdoor hot-tub, but saw an advertisement for hiring a hot tub and thought what a great Christmas present this would be for the family. We hired the tub during February half term and it has been a huge success! Our two daughters and myself have taken it in turns to invite friends over for hot tub parties and what a great week we have had. Even my husband has been in the tub a few times, despite it snowing during 3 days of our week. I had a couple of queries about maintenance of the tub, but a quick call to Pete sorted both issues. We had a few reservations about what the standard and appearance of a hire tub would be, but this tub, although fairly basic, is very clean, in very good condition and lovely to be in. We had been considering investing in a hot tub for several months and had spent many a long hour trawling through assorted websites trying to find the “right one”. Our search ended when we came across Complete Spas at Blackminster. Peter and his wife were very helpful in their advice and gave us the opportunity for a “test drive” in their showroom. Having tried out one of the Marquis Everyday spas we literally decided to take the plunge! 'When we first decided to look for a spa we didn't really know where to start. We checked out the internet, read a few magazines, and visited several dealers. At the end of this we were even more confused and unsure than when we started. How do you fathom the difference in a market where the manufacturing approaches, and prices vary so much? 'Complete spas' was our answer. From the first (of many) visits we believed we could trust in the information we were given. Bought a hot tub from them, a Marquis Epic. Very nervous spending several thousand Pounds with a local business, but they are the absolute best, I will recommend Pete, Rachel and Ben to eveyone! FAN-TAS-TIC !!!!!! Would recommend hiring a hot tub from Pete & Co to anyone. Reliable, professional and very friendly. The spa was delivered on time, all set up and I was given clear instructions on how to maintain it while we had it, along with a file with all the info in as well and all the chemicals and test sticks we would need along with a few "tub toys". Maintenance has been very, very easy. This was a surprise for my husband over Christmas, New Year and our Anniversary - my husband was not keen on the idea at first, but as soon as he actually set foot in the hot tub after it had eventually heated up (this took a bit longer than normal because of the very, very cold weather) he was a convert and absolutely LOVED it. We will certainly be hiring one again, and so will our neighbours who tried it out and loved it too. Especially magical in all this snow, brilliant excuse for quality family time out under the stars in hot bubbling water......BLISS. Thanks Complete-Spas :o)

I wanted a tub moved from Stoke-on-Trent to Southampton.. I had a few quotes including aa couple advertised on Ebay .. I excepted a quote from a company Spaplus..I just couldnt get them to answer the phone and give me a date , even though they do quote a very cheap price i had to find someone else .. This is when i came across CompleteSpas .. From the beginning they were extremly polite and professional and so helpful ! Yes they cost a little more but as the saying goies ' If you pay peanuts , you get monkeys' So i arranged a date for delivery with Pete and kept his promise ..I cannot praise this firm enough .. My tub was delivered on time ( early actually )by Pete and Ben and they made it look easy , and it really wasnt .. My lawn was rain drenched and the angles were awkward but they were so brilliant and patient..Topped up with tea and bacon butties they went on their way after giving us lots of advice about chemicals and also connecting the tub to the mains for us .. I can now breath a sigh of relief while watching our tub fill with water ..

Absolutely thrilled with our new hot tub and the service that we received from Rachel, Pete and Ben at Complete spas and will be recommending them to my friends. We had visited a few hot tub showrooms but knew that we had found the right company when we came here. They helped to advise us on what type of spa would suit our needs (instead of 'directing' us to the most expensive model as in some retailers) and the spa was delivered with a couple of days of us placing the order (at our request, we could have had it sooner). Pete and Ben arrived promptly and soon had the hot tub up and running (and they cleared away and took all the packaging with them, thanks). Easy to get to plenty of parking and good value for money, especially on the tanning machines.
After 2 days of driving around viewing different hot tubs for purchase we found Complete Spas. We had already made a decision about the spa we liked, so we just thought we would have a final look in another show room. We were immediately impressed by how friendly Pete and Rachel both were, and quickly changed my mind about who we felt we would like to purchase a spa from. Pete came out to do a site survey and reassured us that we would not need a crane, unlike many other spa companies! He also stated that we would not need to find an electrician as he does all the installation. The spa was delivered and installed on a very wet miserable day with no problems. Excellent service, very knowledgeable people who will go the extra mile to satisfy and help with any queries or problems - not that we have encountered any of the latter! It took us a while to get round to actually buying a hot tub and looked at so many! Complete Spas stood out from the crowd with knowledgeable, friendly and honest advice. There was no pressure and with hind sight there didn't have to be as the quality of the spa and expert service made the sale. From the point of purchase to now, a month after soaking in a fantastic tub the service has continued to be been brilliant. The delivery took place when Pete said it would and installation was painless and from my armchair looked easy! A fantastic service right from my initial enquiry. I hired a spa as a birthday surprise for my husband. Little did I know we would have freak snowy weather for the date booked - we had nearly 5 inches of snow the night before the delivery with more expected on 'd' day. Nevertheless Pete arrived with our secret delivery and installed it super quick. The weather has rarely been above zero since we took delivery - it understandably took slightly longer to heat up in the extreme cold but has been so much fun - the whole family sitting in 40 degree bubbles with snow all around us and falling on our faces! Even when we had a slight technical hitch, Pete solved it immediately over the phone. Hopefully we'll be too snowed in for Pete to come and collect it tomorrow but somehow I know he'll be here!

After having a chat with Pete i put a deposit down and told him where i wanted it. He did everything from then on and the best thing was getting home and finding a bubbly warm hot tub in the garden! Really friendly. Ordered the tub about six weeks ago and it was delivered on the day we arranged. The chap who installed the tub was really friendly and explained how it all worked and what chemicals to put in and stuff.
Then, just having the Hot Tub for the week was amazing and had some great parties in it.
Would defiantly recommend having one for at least a week!

We hired a tub for a week - and in faraway Bristol - but no extra charge because they had another local hire. Arrived promptly and up and running quickly.
Then we really tried out the service as there was a problem. So Pete came all the way back to Bristol and fixed it - quickly, cheerfully and efficiently.
Thats exceptional and weʼll certainly use the company again.
We are currently hiring a hottub for a week and its great; the hottub was set up while we were out and was left with simple and easy to follow instructions on care. Also the hottub provided great enjoyment for my 15th birthday party as well as my parents. Everyone who tried it seemed to enjoy, including a two year old! The balls which came with it were good as well. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone !!

What a great service. We had never hired a hot tub before and did not know quite what to expect. The tub was assembled in no time at all and we all stood around watching and chatting, what fun!! Really friendly service, advice and instructions were clear and straight forward and a helpline number given, but we didnʼt need to use it. The whole experience has been fantastic and problem free. Family and friends have really enjoyed using the hot tub, and we are going to call and see if we can book to hire it again!!! We might even buy one from this great company!!many thanks.

We have just had a hot tub on hire for my daughters 18th birthday. Luckily the week covered my birthday too. Fantastic Friendly and efficient service,Ben even came back, having arrived before my daughter had left for college, so that the surprise was kept secret. I requested further information about hiring a spa from Complete Spas for a special event in September. I was invited to meet the owner to discuss my requirement and could not fault his politeness and genuine desire to be of service. I have also been given an invitation to try the sauna. I would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Spas.

I initially hired a hot tub but enjoyed the experience so much I decided to buy one for myself!! Throughout both transactions the service I received was outstanding and I highly recomend both complete spas and ownership of a hot tub!

We recently hired a hot tub from Complete Spas for our daughters thirteenth birthday party, this proved a great success & would hire again. Complete Spas were very professional, freindly & arrived on time
Hired the tub for a mixed age party for my sonʼs 21st. It proved a huge success. The only down side was that once my son and his mates had got in, we couldnʼt get them out! We have enjoyed it for the rest of the week and found it wonderfully relaxing on a cold evening under the stars. The service from Complete Spas has been reliable and professional - Thanks.

The service from Complete Spas was exceptional - very friendly, extremely professional and helpful. The spa itself was incredible - we found friends we didnʼt even know we had!! Not too loud to use in the early hours of the morning, very easy to keep clean and so relaxing I could have slept in it. Excellent offers on purchasing tubs as well as hiring them. A 5* experience.

I hired a hottub from Complete Spas for a suprise for my husband. Ive never done anything like this before on my own. The company were fantastic they helped me so much as it was not for certain due to avaliability whether i could hire one. I would straongly recommend this company to hire or to buy hottubs.
We hired the hot tub from Complete Spas for 7 days as a surprise birthday treat for my husband. He was over the moon. We all enjoyed using it and invited friends and relations around to use it during the bbq. Everyone was thrilled with it. It is so relaxing. The service we received was second to none. Pete was really professional and friendly at the first point of contact (email) and answered all my queries really promptly. He even rang at a certain time to help keep the surprise a secret from my hubby. Everything was set up and explained in detail. It took no time at all to set up and fill. Even though the water was not warm straight away my children still got in and had a whale of a time. Its just like sitting in the bath in your garden! I would definately recommend Complete Spas. We will definately hire again, if we havnt purchased one by then!!. We were lucky with the weather most days but even when it rained we were still in it. If you are thinking of hiring a Spa contact Pete, and you wont be disappointed.
What a fantastic time we had when we hired a hot tub for a long weekend the service we recieved was exceptional. Pete was a great help and set everything up in no time, Even leaving us with aromatherapy oils etc, We knew that if we had any problems we only had to ring as there was always a human being on the other end who would not hesitate to sort things out, and he knew what he was talking about. As a result of the brilliant service we recieved we are now going to purchase a hard tub from him and know with certainty that we will recieve the same fantastic service, and after service.
