FITNESS PILATES puts the 'fitness' back into Pilates using all tri-plane directions i.e. forward, backward and sideways whilst strengthening and toning the body. FLEXIBILITY is very important to maintain total movement in the joints.
CORE STABILITY is a big word in PIlates but it doesn't have to mean endless repetitions of an exercise. Instead Fitness Pilates uses progressive and modern thinking ways of exercising the core in a way that mimics our everyday life to improve bending, stretching, reaching, rotating etc.
If you do Fitness Pilates you will feel as if you are training and working out but in a gentler and more controlled way.
