I will be there ( God willing) to see the results of the hard work of Hazel Hanlon and her team.
Can this annual event get any better ? I think not- all we can hope and pray for is that the weather is kind to us all on the day ( and night )
My daughter Amie loves to see the boat parade when they are all lit up, and I am looking forward to the flypast of the Hurricane and Spitfire again this year.
Don't shy away from the bucket rattlers, as this Free event can only go forward with voluntary contributions- so chuck a copuple of quid in the bucket so that we can see this year after year.
