Nearly 10% of the population of Elmbridge are unpaid carers – currently over 12,000 people living within the borough. Caring for people is particularly demanding and stressful and puts considerable strains on carers' physical, emotional and mental health. Learn how Carer Support Elmbridge supports essential services to such carers...

Carer Support Elmbridge provides support to carers across the borough of Elmbridge by face to face contact and via its information line. It assists by being a listening ear, providing advocacy, circulating newsletters, running support and social groups, organising social activities, residential trips and training sessions and by giving practical support such as helping clients to obtain services and to claim benefits.
