Cheryl and her team, Ria, Daniellle and Joe, did a great job. Everything was straight forward. From meeting at the property, providing details of the fee structure, agreeing the rental amount, marketing, feedback and monitoring. We were also guided through what was required of us EPC’s, Gas Safety Certificates etc. A tenant was soon found. Tenancy agreement signed, Inventory drawn up and handover all carried out smoothly. I have used The Personal Agent quite a few times over the years and thoroughly recommend them.

The team at personal agent are amazing!!!
I had my property on with another "cheaper" agent for weeks with relatively little joy, communication and most importantly offers. I contacted the personal agent who were on the case straight away. Viewings were booked by Charlotte and Joe that were qualified and suitable. Communication was clear and accurate and an offer was received so quickly I was amazed (also higher than the other agent had suggested). The team were also really helpful in securing our onward move. Informing us of properties even before they hit the market. Sarah has been amazing at pushing the process through.I'm a huge fan of the personal agent and will only ever use them going forward.
